The type of information we collect:

We would like to provide you with information about AquaTrace’s products and services, and other information from AquaTrace, which we think you may find interesting. We may send you such information by post, email, and/or telephone if you agree we can.

With your explicit consent, we will use external organisations to send AquaTrace offers and marketing communications to you. Who do we share your information with? 
AquaTrace share your personal information with AquaTrace itself internally as we run the global website. We may disclose your personal information to third parties located in your country and in countries other than your own, in due compliance with applicable laws. Some countries to which your personal data is sent/accessed from may have a different standard of data protection than the country in which you are situated.

If we have your explicit consent, we may provide your personal information to external organisations (i.e. to contractors, merchants, distributors, retailers, media agencies and service providers which are outside of AquaTrace)so that they can contact you about their promotions, services, events and other activities in relation to AquaTrace products and services without having obtained consent from you themselves. AquaTrace is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. If at any point you suspect or become aware of a security incident (e.g. your password for accessing your registered account on this website is stolen or you receive suspicious communication from someone holding themselves out to be an AquaTrace employee or from a dupe website claiming to be affiliated with AquaTrace),please forward the communication to us or report the incident by email or in writing to AquaTrace Ltd, Unit D5 M7 Business Park, Newhall, Nass, Co. Kildare, Republic of Ireland as soon as possible.
